Born in the East of England, Hernanda has stunned the nation with her new single As The World Caves In. Growing up, she felt as though she needed to express her emotion through music. This is what she set out to achieve. Day after day, year after year, Hernanda write songs as if they were her own diary. Her own way to express the amalgamation of thoughts that possess her soul.

Her unique style stemmed from her interest in classic movies from the golden age of film. She wishes to revisit the glamour of 1950's Hollywood and revive this especially as society emerges into an age in which much of the 20th century has been forgotten, where the value resides in the new rather than appreciating the old.

However, with an appreciation of the previous centuries, she also recognises that this was not a time that everyone was able to thrive. Hence, the creation of her latest release, As The World Caves In. She regards the torment of society on same-sex relationships and despite the growing tolerance, by using this Hollywood style, she is able to point out the need for the continued advocation and fight that the LGBTQ+ community and all allies must continue to fight.
